Expenses and reimbursement
In this section you can find information about the expenses to cover by the participants, what is funded and about the travel reimbursement
Expenses
This program is supported by a co-funding of the European Union allocated by the Erasmus+ program through Agenzia Nazionale per i Giovani, therefore the majority of the expenses are not covered by the participants.
We ask each participant to contribute to the development of the project by investing an amount of money on a scale that looks at the overage net wage of their country of residence:
Romania: 30€
Hungary, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal: 40€
Italy, Spain: 50€
Germany: 60€
In case the financial contribution represents a REAL obstacle to your participation, mention it in your application form
Travel reimbursement
It is available a reimbursement for the travel costs for the participants who take part in all phases of the project and provide the required travel documents (flight itinerary and boarding passes, bus and train tickets).
The reimbursement is done after the project, when follow-up activities are completed.
The reimbursement covers the expenses up to the amounts stated below, from the legal living place of the participant to Torino Porta Susa train station. From there the participants will reach Bergolo with a common bus which cost was already deducted from the total of the travel reimbursement amount.
Italy: 40€
Germany, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Spain, Portugal: 240€
