Fabiano Bruno
Fabiano is the main trainer and coordinator of the program, he got in contact with the Synergy method in 2009 and since that moment he started assisting and delivering similar programs in different countries in Europe, adapting the method and the approach to his own style, to each project and group.
He has a degree in Cross-cultural communication, a field he deepened in more than 10 years of youth work in international environments. He got the practitioner and master level in NLP from the International NLP Institute and he attended different coaching trainings.
Fabrizio Gallo
Fabrizio in the junior trainer of the project. He got in contact with non-formal education and with the specific methods of this project in 2015 during his European Voluntary Service in Syncro - Synergy Croatia. After that experience, he assisted and supported similar projects until he started delivering part of the programs.
Fabrizio believes in the power of learning through the body and he loves to combine movement and self-development.
He delivered programs in the field of coaching and bodywork in Croatia, Italy and Austria.
Antonio Greco
Antonio is the project coordinator.
With a formal background in business management and working experience in HR, he has a solid experience as coordinator of ERASMUS+ projects (2 long term EVS projects, 2 short term EVS projects, 10 youth exchanges and 6 training courses).
Passionate about non-formal education and international mobility, he has focused on personal development, coaching, entrepreneurship, development of youth policies, fighting discrimination through peer education and experiential learning.
Elena Aziani
Elena takes care of the communications of the whole project with the partner organizations and with the participants.
She is a theatre-education operator and set designer.
Since 2016 she takes part in the projects organized by Associazione Vagamondo in Italy and abroad. She started as a participant and step by step she covered different roles also in the organizational side as a youth leader, contact person, responsible for the communications and project coordinator.
Co-trainers
The project is supported by 6 volunteers: the Co-trainers who attended similar programs. If you participated in a Basic Synergy training or in an Event Wise and you want to go through the training again while supporting the participants in their experience apply for this role.
